Cyberpro Legal - Terms, Privacy, and Compliance
This page contains important legal information regarding the use of Cyberpro's website and our managed cybersecurity services. We prioritize transparency and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection and privacy in accordance with South African regulations.
Our legal documents include the Terms of Service, which outline the scope of our services such as security monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and strategic vCISO leadership. We also provide a comprehensive, POPIA-compliant Privacy Policy that details how we collect and process technical and contact data to ensure threat detection and effective service delivery.
Managed Security Services and Liability
While Cyberpro applies industry-aligned best practices to reduce risk and improve enterprise resilience, we acknowledge that no cybersecurity service can guarantee absolute immunity. Our terms reflect this reality and specify the roles and responsibilities of both Cyberpro and our clients. We also utilize third-party platforms like Qualys and Microsoft to enhance our security posture, and our legal framework governs these dependencies.
Data Privacy and POPIA Compliance
As a data processor under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Cyberpro is dedicated to safeguarding personal information. Our privacy policy outlines the technical and organizational measures we take to protect IP addresses, device identifiers, and network traffic metadata. For any inquiries regarding our data handling or legal terms, please reach out to our team.
